CAREER:

With ten years dedicated experience in the reverse mortgage industry; the knowledge and personal experience accumulated was vast in all areas from education, presentation, application, to title, lien, and value issues which assisted in making for a smooth transaction when working in partnership to close the reverse mortgage transactions. The professionalism and assistance that came while working closely from start-to-conclusion and from friendship-to-referral was be the best experience for every client Tim has & had.

Reverse Mortgage Specialist – Area Sales Leader - 2000 – present
  
  • Developed Florida territory from total scratch in 2000 - started as the reverse mortgage “Community Educator”
  • Doubled reverse mortgage sales production every year - just 6 sales in 2000 to many dozens of loans in 2010
  • Started as a Sales Rep. and quickly proved to be a National Top Producer within the first years
  • Recruited & Trained 60+ Reverse Mortgage Specialists (RMSs) from 2005 through 2008
  • Promoted to the Southeast Area Sales Manager (AVP) within 18 months with Financial Freedom Senior Funding
  • Conducted weekly motivational & training conference calls for all RMSs including reverse mortgage “veterans”

Senior Education Foundation (SEF) – Founder and Executive Director - 2000 – 2010

  • Founded company to help educate seniors on a variety of subjects and enrolled professionals to facilitate
  • Organized hundreds of lectures on various topics important to seniors
  • Was recognized in the community as the regional expert on senior issues

Charity for Charities.org (C4C) – Founder, President, and Executive Director - 2002 – 2005

  • Organized the largest fundraiser in Central Florida history – 3 years running
  • Unified 27 local charities to partner and collaborate in harmony year after year
  • Raised $600,000 in in-kind donations, services, and funds during 3rd year annual event called “911 for Charities”
