  • Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)
  • Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC)
  • Reverse Mortgage Specialist (RMS)

Tim is the founder of the Senior Education Foundation (SEF) and CharityForCharities.org (C4C)

Tim is also a founding board member and past President of the non-profit “Advocacy & Guardians for the Elderly and Disabled” (A.G.E.D.) based in Orlando, Florida.
